It is with deep sadness that we acknowledge the tragic passing of our esteemed colleague and friend, retired Group Manager Luke Coleman of the Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service.
Luke was widely respected across the EMFS Group and beyond, having worked alongside many of our team members throughout his distinguished career. He was known not only for his professionalism, dedication, and operational excellence, but also for his integrity, humility, and unwavering commitment to serving others.

He led with quiet strength, set high standards, and consistently placed the wellbeing of others above his own. His contributions helped shape and support many within the fire and rescue service, and his influence will be felt for years to come.
